This is about the third time I have tried to bondo them. I used Apoxysculpt the first times...stuff works good (kinda like clay) but hardens SO hard...tough to sand smooth. I took a crack at good old bondo last night, but it's so warm in my garage it would set WAY too fast. I ended up making a big mess, but at least I made a LITTLE bit of progress. You can see at my blog I have pics showing how the feet look and how I have an opening for the drive to fit inside (mostly covererd by the battery box).SuperDadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02002493488455344699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18970141.post-60707381169758343732007-06-25T16:38:00.000-04:002007-06-25T16:38:00.000-04:00It was alittle of a pain. But with the blueprints i...It was alittle of a pain.
But with the blueprints it was much easier than the 1st time.
I help her alittle, But I try to keep out of her building progress.
She has to do it herself.
Soon I'll be back to working in my R2 and hopefully get the legs done.
CalvinCalvin Thomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12928574229557018197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18970141.post-66508402565120013972007-06-25T09:37:00.000-04:002007-06-25T09:37:00.000-04:00I can see where all your progress is now at your w...I can see where all your progress is now at your wife's blog. ;)

Great work marking off that dome!
