I installed the 2 black screws in the front of Scrubby and in the next
pic you can see I have all the buttons on the side and the side hoses
painted silver.
The last pic shows the small green Pc board that goes on one side only.
Still got more to do, But he's getting there.

Nice! Doesn't look like you have much to go. I like the differences between your droid and the movie version, although, if you hadn't mentioned it in your blog, I wouldn't have known to look. Just goes to show that your build is very convincing.
So, how long until he's running around?

I'll run the Vex setup for know until I figure out just what all I want Scrubby to do.

Yeah a bus would be nice between 2 droids, Watto and know Scrubby.
I could use the storage.

I'm working on some diagrams and calculations now to figure out how to get it to work. Its a little tricky but doable ;)
