So you have the robe too? The rest is easy!
I found some clear orange kids goggle at wal mart for $1.50...and glued tin foil inside them for some reflectivity. Cut round holes in my head fabric and his orange eyes actually seem to be glowing!
Course I have always been to cheap for a proper ammo belt. A guy on the RPF had one for $80..I almost got it...
